About

Amber is an editor based in Adelaide, South Australia. She holds a Bachelor of Creative Industries (Publishing & Writing) from Flinders University and is studying professional writing and editing at RMIT.

 

In 2023, she interned at MidnightSun Publishing and was thrilled to be offered work as a freelance copyeditor in 2024.

 

Amber is also an editorial officer at Visible Ink, RMIT's student literary magazine. She helped to re-establish the editorial team after the magazine's prolonged hiatus.

 

She has a passion for fantasy and feminism and would like to see the two overlap more in adult fiction. One of her goals is to support neurodivergent representation in Australian publishing and literature.
